Croton Reservoir Tavern was opened in 2003, only a few blocks from Times Square. The restaurant was named in memory of the nearly forgotten Fortress Reservoir which used to stand in place of the current New York Public Library and Bryant Park. With this project, I worked closely with the owner to update the existing antiquated menus. The solution was a total re-design all of the print pieces to match the inviting, historic space. I created custom menus for the extensive lunch and dinner offerings, as well as the dessert menu and bar specials. The result was a polished collection of custom materials that are continuously updated with the seasonal menus.
